The meat lady was a robot, no emotions and cutting prime rib paper thin. 35 minutes later (while talking to other upset patrons in line), we reached the cashier and she was sorry for the bad system. At 7:45 the podium moved and the line formed, I saw this and we jumped in line. Waited in a line to get on the list to get a text when they are ready to seat us, party of 3 at 6:30pm. Tonight 1-19-19 they tried the text when they are ready system, it failed horribly a few months ago when we experienced almost the same thing as tonight, it was beyond horrible tonight.
We have been coming here for a couple years. We enjoy coming here for Saturday night dinner as a Family.
